What Beacon of Hope Crisis Center being a Christ-centered organization means:

Being a Christian agency is demonstrated in that our board is Christ-led.  We require fundamental behaviors of kindness, helpfulness, and respectfulness to be modeled always.  Ours is a culture of non-judgment.  Everyone should feel safe and free from being judged.  We serve all individual Americans facing domestic violence and sexual assault crises regardless of race, religion, sex, or national origin.  All our services and programs are free of charge.  In addition to our organization being directed by servant leaders; we are very much interested in helping those in need of services be able to know about and get them.  Anyone with discrimination concerns may bring such complaints to our CEO, our organization does not tolerate discrimination and will not retaliate against any individual for filing a complaint or participating in any lawsuit or witness proceedings regarding such concerns.
